To be honest and as much as I hate to say it, the former. Its something that's been happening for a long time, probably well before I even first realized and started talking about it. chrom's post here may have given some hope, but really he briefly came back and posted it out of the blue. Unfortunately it doesn't reflect the state the project has been in. Nor do many of my "newer" posts for that matter, but that was back when I still had some faith things would pull through. I plan on making a post about it soon.
